Sip&Stroll Privacy Policy

Your reminders stay on your device

Sip&Stroll stores your optional profile name, language preference, reminder schedules, selected cat, and check-in history locally on your device. Its widget and notification extension use a shared local container to display and update the same check-ins. Sip&Stroll's storage is separate from PM Cat.

The app has no account system, cloud sync, advertising, or analytics service. It does not read Apple Health, location, contacts, water measurements, or steps. No profile name, schedule, or check-in history is automatically sent to the developer.

Notifications and optional sharing

Notifications are optional and scheduled on the device. If you set a profile name, it appears in reminder titles. Their visible content follows your iOS notification and Lock Screen settings.

You decide when to export a backup or share a progress card and which app or destination receives it. Backup files contain your optional profile name, schedules, cat selection, and history and are not encrypted by Sip&Stroll. Choose a storage location you trust. Other apps or services handle files you send to them under their own privacy policies.

Restoring a backup keeps a local recovery copy of previous data. Recovery from unreadable data preserves the original bytes. Device and iCloud device backups may also include app data according to your system settings; Sip&Stroll does not provide its own cloud sync.

Keeping and removing data

Local data remains until you delete the app and its data, or replace the current history using a backup. Restoring also keeps a recovery copy. Offloading the app can preserve its data. To remove the app's local data, use Delete App in iOS Settings, rather than Offload App. Manage device backups separately through your device or iCloud settings.

Exported files and files shared to other services remain wherever you saved them; manage them through those services. The developer cannot retrieve your local check-ins remotely.

Support and this website

If you contact support, your email address and information you choose to send are received through the developer's email provider and used to respond. Avoid sending backup files or other personal details unless they are needed for your request. You can ask about support correspondence at miaojitale@gmail.com.

These support and privacy pages are served by Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider processes the network requests needed to serve the pages. This website adds no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting these pages does not connect the app's check-in data to Firebase.

Changes and contact
