Reminda Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Reminda mobile application and related services provided by L&J Innovative Art and Tech ("Reminda," "we," "us," or "our"). Reminda is operated by an independent solo developer. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and License

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law). We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and prompt notice of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use and Data Restrictions

You must not use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or for unauthorized access attempts. You must not upload sensitive personal information, including government identifiers, financial account data, medical records, passwords/secrets, or highly confidential legal/business data.

4. Service Scope

Reminda provides project and item tracking, reminders, optional cloud synchronization, and collaborator visibility features. Reminder delivery and sync behavior are best effort and may be affected by device settings, network conditions, and third-party services.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on Apple, Google, Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Firestore. Third-party terms and policies apply to those services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your data decisions and backup/recovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L&J Innovative Art and Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. We are not liable for unauthorized access, leaks, corruption, or loss caused by third-party services, network failures, device issues, or events outside reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months; if you paid nothing, total liability is zero to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law. Venue is Santa Clara County, California, unless required otherwise by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, parties waive jury trial and class/collective action rights.
