Reminda Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how L&J Innovative Art and Tech ("Reminda," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Reminda mobile app and related services (the "Service"). Reminda is operated by an independent solo developer.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your usage, we may collect account identifiers, email address from authentication providers, project and item data you create, collaborator data you enter, and support communications.
We may also collect limited technical information needed for operation, such as app version, device and OS metadata, and sync/authentication status metadata.
Do not upload sensitive personal information to the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide app functionality, authenticate users, store and sync data between device and cloud when enabled, maintain security and reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your project data for advertising, data brokerage, model training, or unrelated profiling.
3. Cloud Sync and Storage
When cloud sync is off, your project data remains local to your device. When cloud sync is on, project data is stored in Firebase/Cloud Firestore and synchronized between supported client sessions according to app settings.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that operate core infrastructure (such as Apple, Google, Firebase), legal authorities where required, and successors in a corporate transaction where permitted by law.
5. Retention
We retain data only as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. Local data may remain on-device until removed by you. Cloud records may remain until deleted via product workflows or request.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may sign out, disable cloud sync, and uninstall the app to remove local data from your device. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, and restriction.

7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss, leakage, or unauthorized access caused by third-party infrastructure, network conditions, compromised devices, credential misuse, or events outside reasonable control.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required by local law).
